When we prepare to communicate with others, we now have a lot of choices on the “medium.” Is it going to be a pen and paper, a text, a phone call, an email, a public social media post or a private in-mail to get your individual message across?


Can a hockey club seriously help a city’s marketing message be heard? I’ve lived the proof of how a hockey team can break the ice and make way for a sales message to be heard, even though I’m at best, an ‘ankler’ and only a part-time fan.
